HR Analyst

Formstack, the most flexible and powerful form building application, is looking for an HR Analyst to add to its already awesome HR team.

The Role:

The HR Analyst reports on all things People Metrics. They gather and dissect people data, uncover trends that will drive or detract from engagement, conduct periodic employee health checks, analyze survey results and employee assessment data. They will leverage our behavioral assessments to inform hiring decisions by working with Hiring Managers to develop the ideal candidate persona, report on potential performance challenges, manager & team dynamics and actionable steps to engage/motivate. They regularly solicit feedback on People Metrics and report on potential improvement areas that inform future HR initiatives. Internally, they recommend opportunities for fun and fellowship and facilitate when necessary.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and own people operations data reporting and visualization.
  • Track trends and developments in HR engagement initiatives and programs and translate them into stories and action plans.
  • Review, quantify and recommend improvements to existing policies & processes.
  • Create a system to track and act on employee feedback.
  • Clearly present & communicate findings to all levels of employees.
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation
  • Demonstrate a huge amount of discretion, risk-avoidance and confidentiality when handling highly sensitive data.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with teammates and across the organization
  • Work closely with the HR Advisor & HR Director to strategize, develop and implement change across the organization.
  • Support special projects as needed

How You Qualify:

  • Direct experience in data collection and analytics
  • Experience in HR analytics including building, configuring, customizing, and implementing reports and dashboards
  • You have a solid understanding of HR metrics. Specifically, how to collect and how to report on them.
  • Power User of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Proven experience building trust and relationships with co-workers.
  • You are proactive and driven to meet and exceed expectations
  • Excellent English communication skills - both oral and written.
  • Extremely organized & a high degree of accuracy and self-auditing

Bonus Points:

  • You’ve got experience working remotely and/or with a remote team.
  • You’re a Certified Predictive Index Analyst
  • You love data and spreadsheets, but you’re also an extrovert.
  • Your Powerpoint/Google Slides/Prezi skills make people jealous.
  • You have either used or currently use Formstack and you LOVE IT.
