Customer Marketing and Engagement Manager

Formstack, the most flexible and powerful form building application, is looking for a Customer Marketing and Engagement Manager to add to the Formstack team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build relationships with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, awards programs, onboarding and nurture campaigns
  • Strategize the maximum effect of customer-focused programs/events, investment, metrics, and ROI
  • Build and manage day-to-day activities of an online user community in order to support the overall customer happiness strategy and vision.
  • Connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Identify key customers that can tell their story through case studies, webinars, and blog articles
  • Obtain and manage references in specific categories, such as industry, department or geography.
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives
  • Provide feedback given by customers to product management, customer success, marketing and sales teams

Skills:

  • Ability to establish a clear vision, roadmap, and a go-to strategy for customer engagement
  • Incredibly creative marketing and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze effectiveness and ROI of your efforts
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write compelling and effective copy
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot a plus
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proven success in a fast-paced work environment, ability to multitask and thrive
  • Ability to travel if/when necessary
  • Ability to lead others and build a team as the company and department grows
  • Ability to be an outgoing brand ambassador to customers and external partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a customer focused marketing role
  • Local to Indianapolis, Indiana or willing to relocate
  • Past experience in customer engagement
  • Experience with customer campaigns or customer on-boarding
  • Worked with sales or customer success teams
